(I am capitalizing it because it is one of the attributes of God&#8211;unconditionally pure, whole and always present to us.)\u00a0 Below this <em>note<\/em> is a Mothers Day message I gave at OSC in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Mother Love is an <em>action<\/em> <em>verb<\/em>, much more than a mouthed sentiment of affection.\u00a0 It is the kind of love that responds to us immediately and fully when we ask for help.\u00a0 It\u2019s the kind of Love that absolutely and unconditionally accepts us, exactly as we are.\u00a0 (Part of the function of <em>Father Love<\/em> in psychological terms is to push and pull us to grow and improve; <em>Mother Love oozes unconditional validation<\/em>.)<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Love expands.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLove opens our hearts to more in so many ways (more of everything\u2014both joy <em>and <\/em>pain).<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love expands our ability to love ourselves as well as others<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love expands the lives of those we love<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love expands our relationships<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love expands our world &#8212; and the whole world!<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love expands our health\u2014<em>there is nothing enough love can\u2019t heal!<\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love expands our feelings &amp; experiences<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love expands our thinking and attitudes<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love expands our abilities to accept, to grow, to evolve<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love expands our ability to truly be and express ourselves<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love expands our prosperity<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">Love <em>feels good!<\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: 0px;\">BECAUSE LOVE PUTS US IN THE FLOW OF LIFE!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>To further realize how valuable acting with Love is, we can take a look at its opposite:\u00a0 withholding love<em> contracts<\/em> everything in our lives, including the possibilities and potentialities for our lives.\u00a0 It puts a kink in the Flow of Life\u2019s Energy.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, there is the risk of experiencing pain when we open ourselves up.
